Spring Bulb Planter Workshop
Plant yourself a pot of spring!  Using fantastically fragrant spring bulbs like hyacinths, crocus, muscari and tulips, Laura will teach you to create a seasonal masterpiece to welcome in the warmer weather.   Unique finishing touches like moss and fresh flowers will make your planter truly come alive!  Cost is $40, which includes all materials.  If you have a container of your own (6-8” wide) that you’d like to use, you are welcome to.

Canada Blooms Bus Trip
Leave at 10:30am, return at 9:30pm
It’s time once again for every gardener’s spring favourite – Canada Blooms!  Join us as we attend the festival on “Foundations for Your Garden” day.  With Canada Blooms moving to a new location this year, the Direct Energy Centre, we’re looking forward to a fresh and fun day.  Our bus trip includes lunch at Tucker’s Marketplace, as well as your Canada Blooms ticket and program, and of course an entertaining gardener’s quiz on the bus!  Cost is $70, please contact Julie at Vision 2000 Travel 905-684-0888 x230 to reserve your spot!

After Hours with the Olsons

We've teamed up once again with the March of Dimes to bring you After Hours with the Olsons!  We've changed things up, and this year have the pleasure of both Anna & Michael to entertain and inspire us.  Join the Olsons to share in their passion for food, wine and gardening the Niagara way.  Sample local fare, wine and desserts as you mingle in the lush green atmosphere of Vermeer's!

Tickets are $25 and will be available at Vermeer's.
Be sure to get your tickets soon - this event sold out in 2008 & 2009!
